Terms of Service

The service

SFL Aesthetics is a verification and booking platform operated by King Bull Ventures. We verify aesthetic providers' credentials, list those that pass, and route consultation requests to them. We are not a healthcare provider, we do not provide medical advice, and we do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any treatment or outcome.

For clients

  • Requesting a consultation is free. A request is not a confirmed appointment until the practice confirms a specific time with you.
  • Services are provided by the practice, under its own terms, and paid for directly to the practice.
  • “Verified” describes our credential, insurance, and review-verification process as published on the Verification page. It is not a medical endorsement, a quality-of-care rating, or a promise about any service or result.
  • Whether any service is appropriate for you can only be determined by a licensed professional in consultation with you.
  • Reviews may be submitted only by clients whose consultation was booked and completed through the platform, and must describe your own experience truthfully.

For providers

  • Listing requires passing verification in full, for each category listed. You may only be listed for services inside the credentials we verify.
  • You must keep every listed credential and insurance policy in force, and notify us the same day a medical director, listed clinician, license, or policy changes.
  • Suspension and revocation follow the published Verification Standards, which are part of these terms. A suspended or revoked provider may not represent itself as verified by SFL Aesthetics in any medium.
  • Subscriptions are flat monthly fees that begin on the badge-live date — never before — and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. We do not charge per-lead fees or commissions, and we do not guarantee any volume of requests, consultations, or revenue.
  • Review manipulation — fake, purchased, incentivized, or suppressed reviews — is grounds for immediate revocation.
  • Your profile content must not contain medical claims, outcome promises, or before/after guarantees.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform: no false information in requests or applications, no scraping of provider evidence panels to misrepresent verification status, no attempts to route around verification, and no submission of another person's health information.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, King Bull Ventures is not liable for services performed by listed providers, for a provider's acts or omissions, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our verification process is performed with care against public and issuing-authority records; credential status can change between checks, and the authoritative record is always the issuing authority itself.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance.
