What we collect

When you request a consultation, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, the category you are interested in, your county, preferred timing, and any scheduling notes you choose to add. When a provider applies, we collect business and license information needed to run verification. We also collect standard, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used.

We never collect health information

SFL Aesthetics is a booking and verification platform, not a healthcare provider. Our forms are designed to never request medical history, conditions, medications, or any other health information — please do not include health details in any message to us. Health conversations belong between you and your treating professional.

How we use it

  • To route your consultation request to the verified practice you selected or that we match you with, and to send confirmations and reminders.
  • To verify providers: license, insurance, and review checks against public and issuing-authority records.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the platform.

What we never do

  • We never sell your information.
  • We never share a consultation request as a “lead” with multiple businesses. A request goes to the platform and to the one verified practice that confirms your consultation.
  • We never use health information for advertising — we don't collect it at all.

Sharing

We share your request details with the verified practice that confirms your consultation, and use service providers (email delivery, hosting, telephony, payment processing for provider subscriptions) strictly to operate the platform. Provider verification records are drawn from public state records; the evidence panel shown on a profile is information the provider agrees to display as a condition of listing.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@sfldateideas.com. We respond within 30 days. Booking confirmations are transactional messages; marketing email, if we ever send any, always carries an unsubscribe.

Security & retention

We use encrypted transport and access controls appropriate to the data we hold, and keep request records only as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, and meet verification-record obligations.
