Look your best — with a provider whose credentials check out.
Anyone can open a med spa Instagram page. Not everyone can pass our verification. Every SFL Aesthetics provider has its state licenses, its medical director, its insurance, and its reviews verified by us before it can be listed — and re-verified continuously after.
We're onboarding our founding verified practices in Miami-Dade and Broward now — request a consultation and we'll route you to a verified practice near you.

The SFL Aesthetics Checks
Verified means we actually checked — with the state.
A listing here is earned, not bought. These are the checks every provider passes before the badge — and keeps passing, because we re-run them continuously.
State Licenses — Verified
Every license checked against the authority that issued it: Florida Dept. of Health for physicians, PAs, and APRNs; DBPR for estheticians, cosmetologists, and electrologists; tattoo artist and establishment licenses for permanent makeup and micropigmentation.
Status: Current / Active — or no listing
Medical Director — Named & Verified
Every med spa and medical practice must name its medical director — and we verify that physician's license directly. If the director leaves, the listing is suspended the same day until a verified replacement is in place.
No anonymous medical oversight
Insurance — On File, Expiry Tracked
Certificates verified with the issuing agent — general liability for every provider, malpractice for medical practices. Expiry dates are tracked; a lapsed policy suspends the listing automatically. No grace period.
Lapsed policy = suspended listing
Licenses · Insurance · Reviews
Plus a full audit of every public review profile before listing — and a scope-of-practice rule with teeth: a provider is only ever listed for services inside the credentials we verified. See exactly how verification works →
How It Works
A consultation with a verified practice — in three steps.
Tell us what you're interested in
Pick a category and your county. You'll only ever be matched with providers whose credentials we verified for exactly that category — never a directory of everyone who paid for placement.
The practice confirms your time
Your request goes straight to the verified practice — never sold, never shared with five competitors. The practice confirms a specific consultation time with you by text and email.
Go in knowing who checked them
Your confirmation names the practice, and your visit is with people whose licenses, director, and insurance we've seen with our own eyes. Afterwards, only clients with a completed platform consultation can review — so reviews here mean something.
Categories
Fifteen categories. One standard.
Every category opens only when its verification is ready — credentials first, listings second. Med spas and injectables lead the founding cohort.
Medical Spas
Injectables, skin treatments, and nonsurgical aesthetic services under a verified medical director.
Injectables
Botox, neuromodulators, and dermal fillers — by licensed clinicians, inside verified scope.
Cosmetic Dermatology
Medical skin care from licensed dermatology practices — credentials checked with the Dept. of Health.
Laser Treatments
Hair removal, tattoo removal, and resurfacing — laser credentials and supervision verified.
Esthetician Studios & Facials
DBPR-licensed specialists, listed only for services inside the Florida facial-specialist scope.
Permanent Makeup
Licensed tattoo artists in permitted establishments — the license checked, not assumed.

The Scope-of-Practice Rule
Listed only for what they're licensed to do.
In Florida, who may legally perform a service depends on the license. An esthetician's license covers a defined scope — injections, lasers, and medical services sit outside it, and no amount of marketing changes that. Our rule is simple and absolute:
- A provider is listed only for services inside its verified credentials
- Injectables require a verified licensed clinician — and a verified medical director
- Laser services require the credential and supervision Florida law demands
- Permanent makeup requires a licensed tattoo artist in a permitted establishment
- No medical claims, no outcome promises, no before/after guarantees — anywhere on this site
Now Onboarding — Founding Cohort
The first 20 verified practices set the standard.
We are verifying a founding cohort of med spas and injectable practices in Miami-Dade and Broward right now. Every one passes the full check — licenses, medical director, insurance, reviews — before it appears here. No placeholders, no paid placements, no exceptions.
Straight Answers
Questions, answered honestly.
What does "verified" mean on SFL Aesthetics?
Before any provider is listed, we verify its Florida licenses against the issuing authority — Dept. of Health licenses for physicians, PAs, and APRNs (including the named medical director of every med spa), DBPR licenses for estheticians and electrologists, tattoo artist and establishment licenses for permanent makeup and micropigmentation — plus insurance on file and a full audit of its public reviews. Verification is re-checked continuously, and a lapsed credential suspends the listing automatically.
Is a consultation request the same as a booked appointment?
Not quite — and we say so plainly. You request a consultation; the verified practice confirms a specific time with you by text and email. Only the treating professional can advise whether a service is right for you, and we never collect health information — that conversation belongs to your consultation.
Do I pay SFL Aesthetics anything?
No. Clients never pay the platform. You pay the practice directly for services, exactly as you would walking in. Verified practices pay us a flat monthly subscription — never a per-client fee or commission — so a listing can never be bought into existence.
What happens if a provider loses its license or insurance?
The listing is suspended the same day — removed from search, from its category, and from consultation routing — and clients with upcoming consultations booked through us are notified directly by us. Reinstatement requires the credential to be fully restored and re-verified.
